Serge Dubé is a passionate entrepreneur who founded his first refrigeration company at the age of 24. Refrigeration S. Dubé was founded in 1982 and was specialized in the installation and repair of refrigeration systems. After repairing and installing refrigeration systems for well over a decade, Serge Dubé founded CSC Inc. in 1996 to develop and manufacture multi-compressor refrigeration systems. Today, CSC and its affiliate companies employ over 130 people.
