Bernard Doutre - in Charge with the Western regions

Bernard Doutre is a professional engineer with 25 years of experience working for manufacturing companies, engineering consultants and distributors. He represents CSC in Western provinces and he also manages projects for CSC's clients in Western Canada.

Bernie is an associate member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air conditioning Engineers) and was invited to be speaker at the Vancouver Island chapter. The topic of his presentation was “The use of CO2 in refrigeration” and the new, environmentally friendly, CO2 system used in supermarkets, ice rinks and future markets such as small surface area stores.

Patrick Céré – in charge with the greater Montreal

Patrick Céré studied in refrigeration, in Health Sciences, in Pure Science, in Mechanical Engineering Building and in Building Systems, he specialized over the years in organizational structures, in control, in refrigeration, in sales, and in purchases.

He worked in the field of refrigeration since 1996 and as a refrigeration mechanic in the field until 2003 and then worked his way up (dispatcher, estimator, salesman, designer, director of engineering) to reach the position of General Manager in 2006, for a major corporation known in refrigeration.

Since 1999, he participated in the research, development, design and writing of international patents, including two for the refrigeration CO2. He also specializes in energy saving refrigeration, air conditioning and heating, as well as ventilation and control.

Patrick is in charge of customers for CSC in the greater Montreal.

José Santos – in charge with the Ontario

José Santos is a senior management professional who has had a broad range of executive roles, which encompass 30 years of leadership experience. His extensive portfolio of engineering, business development, marketing and finance professional experience was acquired in Canada, USA, Caribbean, Central, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

José worked in Engineering and Procurement for the CANDU Nuclear power plant in Wolsung ,South Korea. He then joined a Canadian leader in the Pulp and Paper industry to work in corporate planning, Financing and Mergers and acquisitions. This was followed by a 15 year career in the Telecommunications Industry encompassing R&D, Technology Development, IT/IS Sales and distribution.

He is a recognised expert at identifying strategic avenues that have strengthened new and continuing business initiatives in the public and private sectors. Other areas of expertise are new business development, brand management, new product rollouts, client retention, and repositioning product/service offerings designed to drive market and earnings growth. Mr. Santos graduated from McGill University of Montreal, Canada, with a M.B.A. in International Business -Finance and Marketing. He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer, and a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec, Canada.

José is in charge with the Ontario Province.

Mario Dutil – in charge with Quebec

Mario Dutil is a refrigeration specialist and an entrepreneur with extensive experience. He began his career in 1979 and participated in the implementation of the first CO2 systems produced by the CSC.

In 1992, he founded Refrigeration Dutil, that later became and Refrigeration SD for which he was president until May 2011, lately he joined the CSC team to serve our customers located in the Quebec region.
