SMARTREFTM Multi-injection Condensing

Origin:

In regions where outdoor temperature can surpass 25°C, condensing pressure may vary considerably when using water condensers. This variation often leads to a more frequent need for supplying water in order to condense refrigerant. Consequently, this leads to premature formations of limestone deposits within the condenser and to the need for more frequent maintenance operations. Multi-injection condensing is a solution which offers more stable condensing pressure and reduces the need for water cooling.

Advantages:

  • Significant increase in condenser efficiency
  • Reduction of service costs related to the maintenance of water condensers by eliminating limestone deposits almost entirely within a condenser
  • Environmentally friendly solution to water waste required for the cooling of the condenser

Operation:

Multi-injection condensing is a technological breakthrough that allows for recirculation of a portion of the cooled liquid refrigerant. The mix of high pressure, cooled refrigerant liquid and discharged refrigerant increases the quantity of heat evacuated from the volume of refrigerant as it circulates through the condenser.
